Including emotive words like ‘best’, ‘top’, ‘ultimate’, ‘amazing’ etc. – if they fit the subject matter, of course – is a good way to do this.

Add graphics, audio and videos to your posts to make them more engaging

Including relevant images, videos, infographics or audio between paragraphs in a blog post makes it a richer experience for your readers, and also helps the piece rank higher with search engines. If at all possible, you want to use original content that you own and have created. Don’t just link your new posts back to older ones though – go back and include links to your new content in older posts as well where it makes sense to do so.
